What warranties do you offer?

Superdragon wholesale furniture’s warranty is 1 year to 2 years depending on the type of furniture you buy from us. You will be provided the warranty details before you put out orders. Please contact us for further details.

What is your cancellation/return policy?

Orders may be cancelled in whole or in part within 14 days after the purchasing date. If cancellation is permitted, you may be required to reimburse us for shipping and other expenses. In addition, all cancelled orders will be subject to a cancellation fee of thirty percent (30%) of the order, or portion of an order cancelled.

Does Superdragon Furniture House have a catalogue?

Yes, Superdragon Furniture has printed catalogue for furniture retailers/wholesalers ONLY. Please contact us to ask for a catalogue. Because Superdragon Furniture is a furniture distributor, we only provide catalogue to furniture retailers/wholesalers.

How do I pay for my order?

Payment: (1). L/C at sight; (2). 30% Deposit + Balance pay against B/L document (for container loads).

For warehouse collection/delivery orders (IF THE ORDER IS IN STOCK) then pay at collection, or full balance before delivery.

If desired furniture is not in stock, then smaller orders need to pay deposit of 30% to guarantee their order, and we will inform you when stock has arrived for you to collect/or we deliver at a price.

What is the minimum order quantity for wholesale?

As a furniture retailer/wholesaler, your minimum order quantity is one container. The container volume is 20” to 40”GP. Because the size of furniture is different, so the minimum order quantity of furniture will be varied. You will be provided details of minimum order quantity in Superdragon Furniture’s marketing literature. You will pay the FOB price if you have your own logistics, (i.e. you pay the shipping form China, VAT, insurance etc)

However we understand that whilst it may be that retailers/wholesalers may not have the facilities to store such an order at a time, we are flexible in that we are now allowing SPLIT/MIXED containers from our product ranges. You will pay the FOB price if you have your own logistics, (i.e. you pay the shipping form China, VAT, insurance etc)

For those who wish to put out a smaller order you can either call our warehouse in Leeds at 0113 2188668/2188618 and ask if the product is in stock whereupon you can either collect it or we can deliver at a cost, otherwise if it is not in stock you might have to wait for a few weeks for stock to become available.

To get advance notice of such stocks (in small order volumes), it would be advisable to phone us before hand and letting us know which stock you are interested in and then we can contact you when stock becomes available. First come first served basis, and range may be limited to the more popular styles. For this service you need to pay the “Warehouse price” Whereby we have paid the shipping, Vat, insurance etc from China and the stock is in the warehouse (or being delivered to it)

We also do split order containers, as to get the lowest price you desire, we may have to fill a container with other people’s orders as well (since yours may be a small order), and then ship a full container to our warehouse (this is so that you get your low, low prices). Whereupon for this service you need a deposit (30%) but then you can fully select your ranges. You pay the warehouse price for this service.

Are your prices subject to change?

We have the right to increase our prices without advance notice to you due to price fluctuations in raw materials. Therefore, prices are subject to change without notification. We update price lists regularly and please make sure to contact us before you put out a order.

Superdragon Furniture wholesale price has two categories: FOB price and Wholesale price. It is your choice to pay for FOB price or wholesale price. For FOB price, you are responsible for the main carriage/freight, cargo insurance and other costs and risks. For warehouse prices, you pay for the stock either on collection (MAKE SURE IT IS IN STOCK BEFOREHAND!), or we can deliver at a price straight form our Leeds Warehouse, that is stock levels permitting.
 

How soon can I expect my order?

If there is stock in our warehouse, then you can collect during our opening times, or we can deliver at a cost. (Please make sure stock is available to prevent wasted journey)

If you are ordering and there is no stock in the warehouse, chances are that we have already a load of containers arriving, and we anticipate no more than 2-3 weeks. Pay a 30% deposit to guarantee your stock on arrival to avoid disappointments, otherwise it is first comes first served, and the stocks do disappear fast.

If ordering container amounts, normal shipment is 4-6 weeks (if there are no stocks in our warehouse based in China). All Superdragon wholesale furniture is manufactured in China, so you will be able to enjoy the lowest trade price to get high quality furniture products. Normal shipment will be 4-6 weeks depending on conditions.

To provide such a low price for our ranges, you may have to change your ordering times and plan for the future. You will be getting a quality product at a low, low price, and to get a slice of this, pay a 30% deposit and sit back and wait for some high quality furniture to arrive and increase your profit margin.

You always have to plan for the future, i.e. “What do I need in 3-6 weeks from now”, and then put out an order. In this fashion you get your lowest trade prices, and you have no breaks in stock flow.

 
What if my furniture arrives damaged?

Superdragon will replace the damaged furniture at no charges. This rarely happens, as we make checks on all of our furniture at packing in China and at the warehouse in Leeds once it has arrived.
